Why I doesn´t get connection to my robot after update to Android 17?
Android 17 changed some settings that affect Bluetooth connections. We are currently working on a solution. In the meantime, you can try the following:
Check if a workaround from the step-by-step guide helps.
Use another smartphone with Android 16 or lower.
Downgrade your operating system back to Android 16.
These steps may help you regain connection to your robot.

Bypass Android 17 block
Force Stop the App: Go to Settings > Apps > See all apps > "Robomow 2.0" or "Robomow 3.0" and tap Force Stop.
Cycle Bluetooth Once: Turn your phone's Bluetooth off, wait 5 seconds, and then turn it back on. Avoid toggling it repeatedly.
Launch & Connect Immediately: Open the app. This will start its first clean scan within a 30-second window, which typically bypasses the Android 17 block before throttling happens.

Remove Android 17 battery restrictions
To remove battery restrictions for Android 17, follow these steps:
Long-press the "Robomow 2.0" or "Robomow 3.0" app icon and tap the App Info (i) icon.
Navigate to Battery or App battery usage.
Change the setting from Optimized to Unrestricted.
This will help prevent the app from being flagged as a battery drain.

Clear the phone's Bluetooth system cache
A corrupted system cache after the Android 17 update can lead to pairing failures. To clear the phone's Bluetooth system cache, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Apps > See all apps.
Tap the three dots in the top right corner and select Show system.
Find Bluetooth, select Storage & cache, and tap Clear Cache.
This should help resolve any pairing issues.
