The robot was found stopped (inside or outside of the lawn)

Try this solution

Check installation

This is usually an installation problem and could be due to the following reasons:

  • slopes exceeding the allowed slope or slopes with an allowed slope of 20% degrees in combination with wet grass

  • narrows installed incorrectly or too close to obstacles

  • perimeter wire installed too close to the edge

  • other scenarios

Wet grass makes matters worse.
In rare cases, it could be a true defect in the mower.
