The robot can not dock correctly at the charging station

Try this solution

Ensure correct installation

Make sure that the charging station is installed according to the instructions in the quick start and user guide:


Leave 3m before and 1m after the charging station


Take care that the charging station orientation is right, to start with the wire installation counter clockwise.
