Problems in Winter Charging mode. What could be the reason (models up to year 2017)?

Q1 - Do the light bulbs (LEDs) on the Power Box show the expected colors?

Indicators 1 and 2 should be lit.

1. Docking Indicator

2. Automatic Indicator

3. Operating Indicator

4. Wire Indicator

If Yes – Proceed to Q2.
If No – Proceed to article, Power Box Is Not Operating / Seems To Be Dead. What Should I Do?

Q2 - Disconnect the winter charging from the robot’s charging plug. Wait a few seconds and then check the robot screen. Does the screen show the Time and the date?

If Yes – Proceed to Q3.
If No – Proceed to article, Robomow stops with no message / Does not wake up. What could be the reason?

Q3 - Connect a winter charging to the robot’s charging plug. Wait 1 minute and check the robot’s screen. Make sure the System Switch is On. Does the screen show the day icon + battery icon?

If Yes – This is the expected behavior and icons to show. Let the robot continue charging and if the problem happens again, contact the Hot Line.
If No – Call Robomow Hotline for further analysis.
